This 15-20 minute discovery call will ensure we are the right fit for you & your health goals. During this call, you will have the opportunity to briefly share your main health concerns, goals & ask questions about Dr. Amanda’s clinical approach. Please review offerings prior to booking.

initial consultation
During your first appointment, we will delve into your health history, lifestyle & goals. Lab work, including functional lab testing or comprehensive blood work, may also be ordered at this appointment. Labs are either included in a package plan or paid for out of pocket. Our primary focus for this appointment is gathering information, ordering labs & addressing foundations of health like diet, sleep, stress & movement. Dr. Amanda will provide you with lifestyle recommendations that you can start to implement before your next appointment.
follow ups
At your first follow up appointment, lab results will be thoroughly discussed and Dr. Amanda will develop a personalized health plan. This health plan may include additional lifestyle recommendations, targeted supplements, and/or specific botanicals for you & your specific needs. Additional follow up appointments typically range between 4-12 weeks.
